A numerical approach-FAWS which is based on analytical Wilson point parameters and aims at simulating non-equilibrium wet steam flow in steam turbine for industrial application is developed successfully and described systematically in this paper. The 3D viscous condensation flow in an operating steam turbine stage is specially analyzed. The numerical accuracy of FAWS and some phenomena of condensation flow in 2D cascade are displayed and analyzed. Relevant results show that FAWS can be a useful tool to design the stage working in wet steam.
